Simple terms for a simple product.
These terms govern business use of Loopi Social, operated by Loopi Media Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organisation.

1. The service
Loopi Social provides tools for creating, reviewing, approving, scheduling, publishing and managing social media content. Features may develop over time and some integrations depend on third-party social platforms and their APIs.
2. Business use
Loopi is intended for businesses, agencies, freelancers and professional teams. You must have authority to create a workspace for the organisation you represent and to connect any client or social-media account you add to the service.
3. Your account and workspace
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, controlling user access and keeping workspace information accurate. You must promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, transmit and publish that content as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions required to use and publish the content.
5. Connected platforms
Loopi connects to third-party platforms such as Meta services, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. Their own terms and policies also apply. Platform APIs, permissions and availability can change, and we cannot guarantee that every third-party feature will remain available indefinitely.
6. Approvals and publishing
Approval links and workflow states are tools to help your team manage decisions. You remain responsible for checking content, audiences, timing, rights and compliance before publication. Loopi will publish or schedule content only in accordance with the permissions and instructions available through the connected platform.
7. Trials, plans and payment
Where offered, a free trial is for evaluation and may be limited by time or usage. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan and billing period. Prices, included limits and taxes will be shown before purchase. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription in accordance with the cancellation controls made available in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal; access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use Loopi to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, evade platform rules, send unlawful spam, overload the service, scrape or reverse-engineer protected parts of the service, or publish content through accounts you are not authorised to control.
10. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, incidents, internet failures and third-party platform outages may affect access or publishing. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or service integrity.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Loopi is provided as a business service and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party platform changes or outages, or loss arising from content or publishing instructions supplied by you. Any final liability cap applicable to paid subscriptions will be stated in the commercial terms presented before launch.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is a serious breach of these terms, unlawful use, a security risk, or non-payment. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as Loopi develops. Material changes will be communicated where required, and the effective date above will be updated.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
